Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026. These terms explain how VerbyGo may be used, how Premium access works, and what users agree to when using the service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VerbyGo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the application.

Description of Service

VerbyGo is an educational web application for learning Spanish. The service helps users practice Spanish verbs, conjugations, grammar patterns, and related learning exercises.

User Accounts

You may need an account to access certain features, save progress, or use Premium access. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

One-Time Payments

VerbyGo Premium plans are sold as one-time purchases. The available access durations may include 2 months, 1 year, or lifetime access. A one-time payment does not create a recurring subscription unless clearly stated at checkout.

Premium Access

Users receive Premium access for the purchased duration: 2 months, 1 year, or lifetime. Premium access may include expanded practice options, advanced exercises, progress features, or future premium content.

Access may be suspended or removed in cases of abuse, fraud, payment disputes, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All educational content, app design, text, exercises, branding, and learning materials belong to VerbyGo or its licensors. You may use the content for personal learning, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reproduce it without permission.

Prohibited Uses

  • Do not use VerbyGo for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
  • Do not attempt to bypass payment, security, or access controls.
  • Do not scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute VerbyGo content or data.
  • Do not interfere with the availability, security, or performance of the service.

User Conduct

Users must use VerbyGo respectfully and responsibly. Any attempt to exploit the platform, abuse support channels, submit false payment claims, or harm the service may result in restricted access.

Disclaimer of Warranties

VerbyGo is provided for educational purposes on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the learning content accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that every exercise, translation, or feature will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VerbyGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, abuses the service, commits fraud, or creates security risks. Users may stop using VerbyGo at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VerbyGo after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
