Cancellation Is Not a Refund
Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancelling through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal stops future renewal, but it does not automatically refund a charge that has already been completed. Unless a refund or payment reversal changes the entitlement, access remains available through the paid period end.
Refund Requests
You may request a refund review by contacting support@verbygo.com. Include the email used for your VerbyGo account, the Lemon Squeezy order information, the purchase date, and a brief explanation. Do not send full card or bank details.
There is no fixed voluntary refund window or automatic refund guarantee. Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
How Requests Are Reviewed
Refund eligibility is evaluated using the purchase terms shown at checkout, applicable law, the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms, payment and access records, and the circumstances of the request. VerbyGo may ask for enough information to locate and verify the purchase.
Requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, technical access failures, fraud, or abuse may require additional review by VerbyGo or Lemon Squeezy.
Effect on Access
- A provider-confirmed full refund removes or re-evaluates the VerbyGo access funded by that payment.
- A full refund of a Lifetime purchase removes the Lifetime entitlement linked to that purchase.
- A partial refund is recorded but does not automatically remove access unless the provider evidence or an agreed resolution requires a different result.
- Access changes are based on reliable server-side payment evidence, not only on a browser confirmation screen.
Lifetime and Account Deletion
Deleting an account is not a refund request and does not create an automatic refund. Account deletion removes learning data and ends access associated with that account. If a Lifetime account is deleted without a refund, VerbyGo may later restore only the Lifetime entitlement after sufficient proof of purchase; deleted learning data is not restored. Processing
If a refund is approved, Lemon Squeezy processes it to the applicable payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on Lemon Squeezy, the payment method, the financial institution, and any applicable review. VerbyGo cannot guarantee a specific bank-processing time.
Disputes, Chargebacks, and Reversals
Provider-confirmed disputes, chargebacks, reversals, fraud, or payment failures may cause the related access to be suspended, removed, or re-evaluated. VerbyGo acts on reliable payment-provider or server evidence and may request information needed to reconcile the account.
